Our aim at Changing Education is to #inspirefutureleaders; by giving students a real insight into the various industries and paths they could follow and to open their eyes and imagination to the potential job opportunities which are available.
We plan to use 2021 as an opportunity to showcase some fantastic individuals who have given us a true insight into their profession and the journey they have taken to get to where they are today.
In today’s industry insight interview video, hosted by our very own Amos Madra, we hear from the truly inspirational Jason Thomas BA (Hons) – Regional Recruitment Manager at UCFB (University Campus of Football Business).
UCFB have been at the forefront of getting behind our vision by supporting us with various content and assisting us with past and future virtual work experience weeks – with Jason Thomas leading the movement. UCFB is a forward-thinking organisation; it is a world-first in higher education, delivering university degrees in the football and sports industry.
Jason is a forward-thinking innovator who is also a swimming teacher and has just co-founded his own business. Jason is lucky enough to have his offices in Wembley Stadium and the Etihad Stadium in Manchester home to Manchester City.
Jason believes that “You can always make something of yourself if you find and follow your passions”: important advice for us all to digest! He has a fantastic story to tell and lots of pearls of wisdom to share – so enjoy!
