Investing in Future Leaders

In the past 12 months, The Changing Education Group has invested more than £250,000 on upgrading both the ConnectEd Student App and the Connect Software Platform. All virtual activity is clearly managed and tracked.

Okay, that’s great…
but what does this mean for students?

Pupils will receive access to a range of leading opportunities and supporting employability resources all year round. All resources are available via their very own student App and clearly evidenced via the Connect Software platform. Allowing students to keep a clear digital record of achievement, whilst supporting the transition to the next step.

Of course, nothing can replicate the experience of a physical placement. However, our employer-led virtual programmes allow your school to clearly evidence six of the eight Gatsby Benchmarks with a simple Sync to the Compass+ platform.

We have launched an initiative called #SectorSpotlightSessions where we are releasing employer videos across a diverse range of sectors every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Students hear directly from employers across multiple sectors, helping inform the career decisions of future leaders everywhere. This teamed with our wider pre-placement content allows a rich, immersive and interactive access all areas experience.
