Ensuring Secure and Worry-Free Work Experience Placements

When it comes to work experience, safety is non-negotiable.

At the Changing Education Group, we are committed to ensuring that every placement is secure, carefully planned, and worry-free for students, educators, and employers alike.

Here’s how we make safety our top priority.

✅ Thorough Risk Assessments

Before any student begins their placement, we conduct comprehensive risk assessments. These evaluations are designed to identify and mitigate potential hazards at the workplace, ensuring the environment is safe for young people. By working closely with employers, we ensure that all health and safety protocols meet stringent standards, leaving nothing to chance.

✅ Ongoing Safety Checks

Safety isn’t a one-time process—it’s an ongoing responsibility. Our team performs regular follow-ups and spot checks to ensure that all placements remain safe throughout their duration. By maintaining open communication with both students and employers, we can address any issues proactively and keep safety standards high.

✅ Clear Communication Channels

We believe that clear communication is at the heart of a successful and secure work experience programme. Students, parents, and schools are provided with all the information they need, from safety guidelines to contact points for any concerns. Employers, too, are fully briefed on their responsibilities and supported by our team to maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Why Does Safety Matter?

A safe work environment isn’t just about preventing accidents—it’s about fostering confidence.

When students feel secure in their placements, they can focus on gaining the skills, insights, and connections that make work experience such a vital part of their career journey.

Safety also gives parents and educators peace of mind, knowing that students are in an environment designed with their well-being in mind.

Let’s Make Every Placement Safe and Successful

At the Changing Education Group, we are proud to provide work experience programmes that prioritise safety at every step.

By combining thorough assessments, continuous monitoring, and open communication, we ensure that every placement is not just successful but also worry-free.

Helping Students Build Their Network Through Work Experience

Work experience is more than just a glimpse into the professional world—it’s an opportunity for students to build connections that can shape their future.

The relationships students forge during their placements can become stepping stones to new opportunities, offering them a head start in their careers.

Here’s how work experience can help your students develop vital networking skills and meet key industry professionals.

✨ How Can They Meet Industry Professionals?

During their placements, students interact directly with professionals in their chosen fields. These meetings give them invaluable insight into the day-to-day workings of their industry and expose them to the skills, knowledge, and qualities employers value most.

Whether it’s through shadowing an expert, participating in team projects, or simply engaging in meaningful conversations, students have the chance to make connections that could benefit them long-term. These professionals may become mentors, provide references, or even open doors to future job opportunities.

✨ How Do They Learn Networking Skills?

Networking is an essential skill in today’s competitive job market, and work experience provides the perfect training ground. Students learn how to introduce themselves professionally, ask thoughtful questions, and leave a positive impression—all critical components of successful networking.

By engaging in real-world scenarios, students practice the art of building and maintaining professional relationships. They gain confidence in interacting with colleagues, supervisors, and clients, setting a strong foundation for their future careers.

Why Does Networking Matter?

Networking isn’t just about meeting people; it’s about creating relationships based on trust, respect, and mutual interests.

For students, these early connections can:

Open doors to internships and job opportunities:

Many roles are filled through personal recommendations and professional networks.

Provide career insights:

Advice from industry insiders can help students navigate their career paths and make informed decisions.

Boost confidence:

Building relationships in a professional setting encourages students to believe in their abilities.

Shaping Their Career Success

Helping students understand the value of networking and giving them the tools to succeed is a gift that will serve them throughout their lives.

By encouraging participation in work experience placements, educators and parents can empower students to take charge of their futures.

Work experience isn’t just about learning skills—it’s about connecting, growing, and opening doors to exciting opportunities.

Navigating Career Challenges: How The Changing Education Group Can Help

How Can Our Careers Guidance Help?

In today’s rapidly evolving job market, effective career guidance is more essential than ever for helping young people navigate their futures.

Research indicates that only one in five schools effectively provides the necessary information for students to make informed career decisions.

At the Changing Education Group, we believe that every student deserves access to high-quality career advice that empowers them to reach their aspirations and overcome the key challenges they face today.

Key Challenges in Career Guidance

From our extensive engagement with educators, we’ve identified several persistent challenges:

Limited Access to Quality Information- Many schools need help to provide comprehensive and impartial information about post-16 options, particularly for first-generation university applicants.

Diverse Student Needs- Catering to a range of students, including neurodivergent individuals and those with additional needs, requires tailored approaches that many institutions are not equipped to offer.

Compliance with Statutory Requirements- Schools often find it challenging to meet the Department for Education’s guidelines for careers education and guidance.

Employer Engagement- Schools frequently lack connections with local businesses and industries, limiting opportunities for student exposure to real-world experiences and mentorship.

Tracking Progress and Achievements- Implementing systems to track student progress and achievements in personal development can be daunting, yet it’s essential for effective career planning.

What Does Our Career Advice and Guidance Offer?

Our Careers Advice and Guidance services are designed to support students throughout their educational journey, offering a range of flexible programmes tailored to the diverse needs of schools and colleges.

Here’s how we address the aforementioned challenges:

Virtual and In-Person Career Interviews- Our experienced career advisers conduct tailored interviews that equip students with the information they need to make informed choices about their futures, whether they are considering A-levels, apprenticeships, or university degrees. With flexible options for delivery—both virtual and in-person—we adapt our services to fit the unique scheduling and logistical needs of each school. This ensures that all students, including first-generation university applicants, receive clear, unbiased guidance on post-16 options, no matter the structure of their school’s careers programme.

Qualified Professionals- All our careers advisers are committed to delivering impartial guidance focused on the student’s best interests. Our team is trained to support neurodivergent students and those with additional needs, offering customised advice and ensuring all individuals receive the tailored support necessary for success.

Full Range of Post-16 Options- We provide comprehensive information on available pathways, including further education, training, and employment opportunities. Our advisers are equipped to assist students with everything from virtual work experience programmes to navigating financial aid options, thus helping them overcome barriers to success.

Independent Guidance- Our services align with statutory guidance from the Department for Education, ensuring students receive impartial careers advice from years 8 to 13. We also advise students on leveraging professional tools like LinkedIn to build networks and explore career opportunities in the digital age.

Enhanced Employer Engagement- We actively seek to bridge the gap between schools and local businesses, facilitating connections that provide students with real-world insights and opportunities for mentorship. This engagement is critical for enriching career education and enhancing student outcomes.

Progress Tracking Systems- We understand the importance of monitoring student progress. Through our comprehensive Connect Suite, we offer tools for tracking personal development achievements and gathering valuable insights into each student’s journey. This ensures that students have a clear, measurable pathway to follow as they transition from education to employment, helping schools maintain high standards in careers guidance while making student progress easy to manage and assess.

How Does This Benefit Schools and Students?

Implementing a robust careers guidance programme yields numerous benefits:

Improved Student Outcomes- Students gain clarity on their career goals, leading to better educational and employment opportunities.

Enhanced Confidence- Access to expert advice helps students feel more prepared and confident in their choices, whether applying for apprenticeships or university programmes.

Support for Schools- By partnering with us, schools can meet statutory requirements and enhance their overall careers education offerings, including managing student data and tracking personal development over time.

Competitive Pricing- Our services are competitively priced, ensuring schools can provide effective careers guidance without exceeding their budgets.

Success Story: A School’s Experience With The Changing Education Group

The effectiveness of our careers advice and guidance can be seen in the feedback we receive from schools.

A Careers Lead from Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School shared, “A big thank you to the Changing Education Group for all the support and guidance offered to our Year 12 pupils. They now have a clear idea of their future and are coming out of the guidance interviews positively.”

This testimony underscores how our services provide essential information and inspire students to take charge of their futures.

At the Changing Education Group, we are committed to ensuring that young people are informed, inspired, and equipped with the skills they need to succeed.

Transforming Lives: The Early Access Programme (EAP) and Mark Hardy’s Journey

The Early Access Programme (EAP) at The Changing Education Group is centred around Extended Work Experience, offering students a unique way to engage with learning outside the traditional classroom.

Designed for young people who struggle in conventional educational settings, the EAP provides meaningful, hands-on experiences that align with their interests.

Many students today face unique obstacles that make conventional classroom learning feel irrelevant or out of reach.

For those who feel disengaged, overlooked, or disconnected from typical academics, the EAP provides a structured pathway through extended work experience.

This approach enables students to explore careers and build skills through real-world placements, empowering them to find personal relevance in their education.

By running alongside the core curriculum, extended work experience within the EAP bridges traditional learning with practical, real-world exposure.

This dual approach ensures students gain valuable insights and skills without sacrificing their academic progress.

Through tailored, long-term placements and personalised mentorship, the EAP helps students develop essential life skills, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment.

Through this focus on extended work experience, the EAP not only enhances employability but also builds a sense of belonging, achievement, and readiness for the future.

What Are the Benefits of the EAP?

The key benefits of the EAP include:

Individualised Learning:

Each student receives tailored support based on their unique needs and aspirations, ensuring they thrive in a practical environment.

NEET Prevention and Renewed Focus:

Through extended work placements, the EAP helps prevent students from becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) by offering meaningful experiences in real-world environments. Students return to the classroom with renewed focus and a clearer vision of their goals, inspired by the chance to picture themselves in future career paths.

Real-World Experience:

Extended work placements provide students with the chance to gain practical skills and insights into various industries, helping them to better understand their career options.

Enhanced Confidence:

By actively engaging in the workplace, students build self-esteem and a sense of pride in their accomplishments.

Supportive Network:

Regular check-ins with both students and employers create a nurturing environment, fostering strong relationships and ongoing guidance.

How Did Mark Hardy Benefit from the EAP?

Mark Hardy’s story is a great example of the transformative impact of the EAP.

Now a Client Success Manager at The Changing Education Group, Mark’s journey reflects the values and outcomes of the programme that helped him find his path from school to career success.

How Did Mark Find His Place in Education?

Mark’s journey began in secondary school, where he often felt disconnected from conventional learning. “I was your typical 13 or 14-year-old who just wanted to work,” he recalled.

Instead of thriving in a classroom, he was drawn to practical, hands-on experiences, with a passion for football and real-world work overshadowing traditional academic pursuits.

What Inspired the Creation of the EAP?

During Mark’s formative years, The Changing Education Group was being developed by Matthew Hodgkinson and Stephen Hackney, who recognised that traditional education often left students like Mark behind.

Their solution was the EAP, designed to provide students with extended work placements, helping them gain practical experience while fostering personal development.

What Was Mark’s Experience with the EAP?

Through the EAP, Mark received structured support, with regular check-ins tailored to his needs. “It wasn’t just about going to work,” Mark explained. “The school constantly checked in with both me and my employer to ensure everything was going smoothly.”

Mark’s placement at Alderley Pool and Spa, where he worked on luxury pools for high-profile clients like Andy Cole and Sir Alex Ferguson, became a dream come true. “One day, I’m a kid wanting to leave school, and the next, I’m maintaining Jacuzzis for football legends. That experience changed everything for me.”

How Did EAP Contribute to Mark’s Personal Growth?

Mark credits the EAP with building his self-confidence and motivation. “It wasn’t just about work; it was about me as a person,” he reflected.

The programme provided a unique opportunity for Mark and his peers to return to school with valuable real-world experiences to share, fostering camaraderie and respect among students.

How Did Mark’s Journey Progress from EAP to Client Success Manager?

Looking back, Mark acknowledges the profound impact the EAP had on his career and personal growth. “I wouldn’t be here, working as a Client Success Manager for a company that played such a big role in my life, without the EAP,” he said.

What Advice Does Mark Have for Students Considering EAP?

When asked for advice for students thinking about joining the EAP, Mark does not hesitate: “Do it. It’s not just about leaving school or getting a head start on your career; it’s about building yourself. It’s about learning who you are and proving that you can succeed.”

Engaging young learners through the Early Access Programme (EAP)

In today’s fast-paced educational landscape, not every student thrives in a traditional classroom environment.

Many young people face unique challenges that hinder their ability to succeed academically.

Recognising this need for alternative solutions, The Changing Education Group developed the Early Access Programme (EAP).

This initiative aims to provide a tailored approach to education, working alongside the core curriculum to help students gain practical experience and develop the skills necessary for success in their future careers.

What Is the Early Access Programme (EAP)?

The Early Access Programme is designed for students who struggle to engage with the conventional educational system.

It focuses on bridging the gap between traditional learning and real-world experience, offering young learners an opportunity to explore their interests in a supportive environment.

The EAP allows students to undertake extended work placements in various industries, running up to the full academic year for 1–2 days a week, and structured around each student’s core interests, which are identified through an initial referral form.

This practical approach not only enriches their understanding of the workplace but also fosters personal growth and self-confidence.

What Are the Key Benefits of the EAP?

How Does the EAP Provide an Individualised Learning Experience?

Each student enrolled in the EAP receives personalised support tailored to their unique needs and aspirations. This individualised approach ensures that learners can thrive in a practical environment, enhancing their chances of success while actively engaging them in their education and preventing them from becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).

What Kind of Real-World Experience Can Students Expect?

One of the standout features of the EAP is the emphasis on extended work placements. Students gain practical skills and insights into different industries, helping them make informed decisions about their career paths. This exposure allows them to understand what skills are required and how to apply their learning in real-life situations.

How Does the EAP Enhance Confidence and Self-Esteem?

Engaging in the workplace allows students to build self-esteem and a sense of pride in their accomplishments. As they navigate their responsibilities and contribute to a team, learners begin to recognise their potential and capabilities, which can lead to improved performance in other areas of their lives.

What Type of Support and Mentorship Is Offered?

The EAP fosters a nurturing environment where students receive regular check-ins from both educators and employers. This ongoing support helps students feel valued and reassured, creating a strong foundation for their personal and professional development.

How Does the EAP Help Students Build Valuable Connections?

Participating in the EAP provides students with the opportunity to network and build relationships within their chosen industry. These connections can prove invaluable as they move forward in their careers, providing mentorship and potential job opportunities.

How Does the EAP Prepare Students for the Future?

The skills and experiences gained through the EAP equip students with the tools they need to navigate their future career paths successfully. By blending education with real-world application, the programme ensures that students are well-prepared for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

How Can You Get In Touch with Us?

The Early Access Programme is more than just an alternative to traditional education; it’s a comprehensive approach that empowers young learners to realise their potential.

By providing personalised support and practical experience, the EAP sets the foundation for a successful future.

In our next blog post, we’ll share the inspiring journey of Mark Hardy, a former EAP participant whose experience with the programme transformed his life and career.

The Role of Work Experience in Developing Future Entrepreneurs

Curious About How Work Experience Programmes Can Ignite the Entrepreneurial Spirit?

Entrepreneurship has always been at the heart of innovation, and today’s students are tomorrow’s innovators and leaders.

But how do we cultivate that entrepreneurial spirit early on?

Work experience programmes offer an excellent avenue for students to explore the world of entrepreneurship, providing them with the tools, experiences, and guidance needed to inspire and nurture their ambitions.

At The Changing Education Group, we believe that by integrating entrepreneurial opportunities into work experience programmes, we can help cultivate a new generation of driven and innovative leaders.

How Does Work Experience Foster Entrepreneurship?

Work experience programmes have traditionally focused on preparing students for the workforce, but they’re also an excellent platform for developing entrepreneurial skills.

By offering students the opportunity to engage in real-world challenges, explore innovative solutions, and connect with industry leaders, these programmes can significantly boost entrepreneurial thinking.

Let’s look at how they can ignite that spark:

Hands-On Learning: The Foundation for Entrepreneurs

One of the most effective ways to nurture entrepreneurial talent is through practical, hands-on experience.

Unlike traditional classroom learning, work experience allows students to dive headfirst into the challenges and opportunities of running a business.

Whether it’s through exposure to day-to-day operations or working on specific projects, students gain invaluable insights into how businesses operate.

Understanding Business Challenges:

Aspiring entrepreneurs can learn how to navigate real-world challenges such as managing budgets, solving customer pain points, and adapting to market changes. These experiences lay the groundwork for developing the resilience and problem-solving skills needed to launch and sustain a business.

Exposure to Opportunities:

Work placements offer students a unique perspective on the market gaps and opportunities within different industries, sparking their creativity and innovation. They begin to think like entrepreneurs, identifying where they can bring value and how they can turn ideas into viable business ventures.

Innovation Opportunities: Encouraging Creative Problem-Solving

Entrepreneurship thrives on innovation, and work experience programmes can provide the ideal environment for students to flex their creative muscles. Instead of simply observing tasks, students can be encouraged to take part in entrepreneurial projects that require them to come up with solutions to real business problems.

Fostering Creativity:

By involving students in projects that require out-of-the-box thinking, businesses can help them develop their creativity and critical thinking skills. For example, students might be tasked with creating marketing strategies, improving operational efficiency, or developing new product ideas. These projects give them the opportunity to see first-hand how their ideas can impact a business.

Developing a Growth Mindset:

When students are given the freedom to innovate, they begin to see challenges as opportunities for growth. This mindset is crucial for any aspiring entrepreneur, as the entrepreneurial journey is full of unexpected hurdles that require adaptability and persistence.

Networking and Mentorship: Learning From Industry Leaders

One of the most valuable components of a successful entrepreneurial journey is having access to experienced mentors.

Work experience programmes can provide students with the opportunity to connect with industry professionals, offering them valuable guidance and insights into what it takes to build a successful business.

Mentorship:

Entrepreneurs often rely on mentors to help guide their decisions, share wisdom, and provide encouragement. Through work experience programmes, students can be paired with mentors who can help them understand the nuances of entrepreneurship—from leadership and decision-making to managing risk and building a team.

Networking:

Work placements also introduce students to a network of professionals who can support their future entrepreneurial ambitions. These connections may open doors to funding opportunities, collaborations, or even partnerships in the future.

The Impact on Future Leaders

By combining hands-on learning, innovation opportunities, and strong mentorship, work experience programmes can play a pivotal role in preparing students for the entrepreneurial path.

The skills, mindset, and connections gained through these experiences help to build a solid foundation for future entrepreneurs.

More importantly, they inspire students to see the potential within themselves to drive change, create opportunities, and build something from the ground up.

Shaping Tomorrow’s Entrepreneurs with Changing Education

At The Changing Education Group, we understand the importance of fostering entrepreneurial talent early on.

Our work experience programmes are designed to not only prepare students for the workforce but also to inspire and equip them to become the business leaders of tomorrow.

By integrating entrepreneurial projects, providing mentorship opportunities, and promoting innovative thinking, we help ignite the entrepreneurial spirit in every student.

Are you ready to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs?

Let’s explore how our innovative work experience programmes can help nurture creativity, resilience, and leadership in students, setting them on the path to entrepreneurial success.

Kicking Off a New Era

The Changing Education Group Sponsors Under 9s Stockport Vikings Football Club

We are thrilled to announce that The Changing Education Group is now the official sponsor of the Under 9s Stockport Vikings Football Club for the next two seasons!

This exciting partnership marks a significant milestone for both our organisation and the young athletes in Stockport and Manchester.

How Can We Empower Young Players?

As part of this sponsorship, every one of the 30 young players will receive a brand-new kit proudly displaying The Changing Education Group logo.

These kits represent more than just football gear; they are a symbol of our commitment to supporting local communities and promoting our mission across the football pitches in the region.

By placing our logo on the players’ kits, we aim to inspire pride and unity among the team and encourage a strong sense of community.

At The Changing Education Group, we firmly believe in the importance of nurturing youth development.

How Can We Build Life Skills Through Sports?

This initiative goes beyond simply providing new kits; it opens doors for students to engage in sports while simultaneously learning essential life skills.

Football teaches young people about collaboration, resilience, and perseverance—qualities that will serve them well not just in sports, but in their academic and personal lives as well.

We are excited to work closely with schools in Stockport and Manchester to create more opportunities for young people to grow into well-rounded individuals.

Matthew Hodgkinson, one of our co-founders and a dedicated coach at Stockport Vikings, shared his thoughts on the sponsorship:

“As a Stopfordian myself, it’s fantastic to give back to the community and support these young players as they develop not only as players but as future leaders. We hope to make a lasting impact, not just on the field but in their education and lives.”

Matthew’s passion reflects our own belief in the power of community and education, and we are eager to see how this partnership will unfold.

How Can We Make A Commitment to Local Communities?

We are excited to be part of this journey and look forward to seeing the Stockport Vikings thrive both on the pitch and in their local communities.

Measuring the Success of Work Experience Programmes: Key Metrics and Insights

Ever Wondered How to Measure the Success of Your Work Experience Programmes?

When it comes to running a successful work experience programme, the real value lies not only in providing opportunities for students but also in understanding how well those opportunities are working.

Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of these programmes is key to making meaningful improvements.

At The Changing Education Group, we believe that tracking success goes beyond simple participation numbers—it’s about measuring the real impact on students, employers, and the community.

Why Evaluating Work Experience Programmes Matters

Understanding how well your work experience programme performs allows you to make data-driven decisions, refine your approach, and ensure that your offerings meet the evolving needs of students and employers.

Measuring success helps you identify what’s working, where improvements can be made, and how to sustain long-term positive outcomes.

But how exactly do you evaluate the success of a work experience programme?

Let’s break it down:

Performance Metrics: The Foundation of Evaluation

Tracking specific performance metrics gives you a clear picture of how your programme is functioning. Key indicators to consider include:

Student Satisfaction:

Are students finding their work experience valuable? Conducting regular surveys or gathering testimonials can provide insight into how students feel about their placements and whether they believe the experience is helping them reach their career goals.

Skill Development:

One of the main goals of work experience is to help students build practical, job-ready skills. Evaluate whether students are successfully developing the skills employers need by gathering feedback from both the students and the organisations that host them.

Job Placement Rates:

If a primary aim of your programme is to prepare students for future employment, tracking how many participants secure jobs after their placement is crucial. This can provide a strong indication of how effectively the programme bridges the gap between education and the workforce.

Feedback Mechanisms: A Collaborative Approach

Collecting feedback from both students and employers is essential for gaining a well-rounded perspective on your programme’s success. Regularly asking for input from all parties involved can help you:

Identify Strengths:

What aspects of your programme are receiving the most praise? Whether it’s the mentorship offered, the projects completed, or the overall structure of the placement, highlighting what’s working can help you build on your strengths.

Pinpoint Areas for Improvement:

No programme is perfect, and there’s always room to grow. Are students asking for more hands-on experience? Are employers looking for more structured guidelines? By addressing these points, you can create a more effective and efficient programme that better serves its participants.

Ensure Employer Engagement:

Employers play a pivotal role in the success of work experience programmes. Their feedback can provide insights into how well-prepared students are and whether the placements are helping meet the organisation’s needs. Gathering this input allows you to maintain strong partnerships with businesses and ensure mutual benefit.

Long-Term Outcomes: Looking Beyond the Immediate

While it’s important to measure short-term success, the true value of a work experience programme often reveals itself over the long term.

This is where long-term outcomes come into play:

Career Progression:

Simplifying Work Experience Management For Schools And Employers

Simplifying Safeguarding And Work Experience With EdTech

Managing work experience placements can often feel like navigating a maze of administrative tasks and safeguarding requirements.

With so many moving parts to track, from risk assessments to compliance and documentation, it’s no surprise that both schools and employers can find the process overwhelming.

But what if there was a way to simplify it all?

At The Changing Education Group, we understand these challenges and are committed to providing schools and employers with a streamlined solution that makes managing work experience easy, efficient, and safe.

Enter our Work Experience Suite—an innovative platform designed to take the complexity out of work experience management.

How Do I Achieve Streamlined Safeguarding And Compliance?

Safeguarding is a non-negotiable aspect of any work experience programme, but ensuring compliance with all the necessary regulations can quickly become a daunting task.

From health and safety checks to ensuring proper supervision, schools need to know that every student is placed in a secure and supportive environment.

Our Work Experience Suite makes safeguarding easier than ever.

The platform offers schools and employers the ability to monitor every aspect of student placements in real time—all from one centralised, paperless system.

Whether it’s tracking the progress of a placement, confirming employer compliance, or reviewing safeguarding documents, you can do it all with just a few clicks.

Gone are the days of manually keeping up with endless paperwork and compliance records.

Our platform automates many of these processes, ensuring that safeguarding is both effective and effortless.

How To Get A Paperless, All-in-One Solution?

Managing work experience has traditionally involved a lot of manual effort: collecting documents, filling out forms, and maintaining physical records.

This not only takes up valuable time but also increases the risk of errors or misplaced information.

With the Work Experience Suite, however, you can leave the paperwork behind.

Our platform is designed to be completely paperless, allowing schools and employers to handle every aspect of work experience online.

From documenting placements and assessing risks to generating compliance reports, everything is done digitally.

This saves time, reduces errors, and ensures that all records are stored securely in one place.

Not only does this make the process smoother for administrators, but it also gives teachers and employers more time to focus on what truly matters—empowering students with meaningful work experiences that help prepare them for their futures.

What Does Comprehensive Risk Management And Real-Time Monitoring Involve?

One of the key challenges of work experience placements is managing the various risks that come with putting students in a professional environment.

Ensuring the health and safety of students is paramount, but manually handling risk assessments for multiple placements can be cumbersome and prone to oversight.

Our platform automates the risk management process, making it easy to track and address potential risks for each placement.

Whether you’re checking employer credentials or conducting safety assessments, our system ensures that all necessary steps are completed before a student is placed, reducing the likelihood of issues down the road.

Additionally, the platform offers real-time monitoring of placements, allowing schools and employers to stay updated on the progress of each student.

This means any issues can be addressed promptly, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for everyone involved.

How Can I Empower Students With A Safer, Smarter Approach?

At The Changing Education Group, our mission is to help schools and employers create meaningful, secure work experiences that set students up for success.

The Work Experience Suite is designed with this goal in mind, providing an all-in-one solution that makes managing placements easier, safer, and more efficient.

Whether you’re recording student placements, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, or generating end-of-placement reports, our platform simplifies the process every step of the way.

The result?

More time for educators and employers to focus on student development, knowing that the administrative and compliance work is fully taken care of.
