Changing Education and EBP South join forces to support schools across Hampshire!

The Changing Education Group and EBP South have joined forces to deliver Virtual Work Experience to schools across Hampshire.

Director and Co-Founder of The Changing Education Group, Matthew Hodgkinson said ???It has never been more important to ensure that Local service providers continue to spearhead delivery to schools and colleges???.

As the UK???s largest EBP, we have been able to broker a deal with EBP South to ensure students in Hampshire can access a market-leading Virtual Work Experience platform that incorporates the very best technology.

Ian Saynor, EBP South???s Contracts Manager said: ???It was essential to continue supporting our schools during COVID-19. The restrictions placed upon society has meant that traditional approaches to work experience had to be put on hold, leaving many students with no real access to the world of work. Our relationship with The Changing Education Group will ensure all our partner schools and more within Hampshire gain access to a varied week of work experience in the palm of their hands???

Supporting students virtually in Croydon

“We wanted to make sure our students didn’t miss out on work-based learning opportunities because of the pandemic. So, we partnered with Changing Education, the UK’s largest Education Business Partner, to deliver virtual work experience opportunities for our students.” Croydon College.

Our team rose to the challenge and ran two bespoke virtual work experience weeks for pupils! We were overwhelmed by student engagement rates and one of the key ingredients was the series of live employer interactions. We featured the likes of SportCheer England, Barclays, BBC and??Wilson Browne Solicitors to name a few.

We also included a LinkedIn masterclass for pupils and started the #InspireFutureLeaders movement to showcase live engagement rates from all parties.

In the past 12 months, The Changing Education Group has invested more than ??250,000 on upgrading both the ConnectEd Student App and the Connect Software Platform. All virtual activity is clearly managed and tracked.

Pupils will receive access to a range of leading opportunities and supporting employability resources all year round. All resources are available via their very own student App and clearly evidenced via the Connect Software platform.
